Information collected
When you apply for a pilot, we request your name, work email, organization, role, AI-system count range and an outline of your compliance challenge. Do not include confidential AI systems data or personal data about third parties.
Why it is used
To review your inquiry, contact you about a possible pilot, prevent spam and maintain minimal records of your request. This form is not used for automated legal or regulatory decisions.
Infrastructure and recipients
The proposed website uses Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare Turnstile and Cloudflare D1 for form submission handling. Hosting and processing locations, transfer safeguards, controller identity and vendor agreements must be verified before deployment. No submission data is intentionally shared with advertisers.
Retention and rights
Do not enable the form until a retention schedule and a process for access, correction and deletion requests are approved. Pilot applicants may request information about their submission or withdraw their inquiry through the operator's published privacy contact.
Legal basis and cross-border processing
The applicable lawful basis and jurisdiction-specific rights must be determined by the responsible legal entity and its advisers. Checking a contact-consent box is not a substitute for satisfying all applicable privacy obligations.
Cookies and abuse prevention
The public site does not intentionally deploy analytics or marketing cookies. Cloudflare services may process technical signals to provide hosting and abuse protection; confirm their current disclosures before launch.
